I have installed a brand new WordPress, it is all fine.
But when I enter some chinese, it will become "?????".

The solution for  this is simple.

Please comment out these two lines in wp-config.php:

//define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');
//define('DB_COLLATE', '');
