FireFox 2.0 is SO COOL!!!!!!
I have been played around with FireFox 2.0 for weeks.
I am addicted with its spelling checker. It checks my typing live. This is so convenient.
Moreover, the new Google search bar is cool too. It has a keyword suggestion function.
Too Manu Computers
I used to buy a new computer every two years. My home got three to four computers. I am still using these computers. For some of very old computers, I use them as a file server. I have not put them into rubbish bin. Some of my friends put their computers into rubbish bin. Actually, many old computers are still useful. They may be not good to play games. But they are still good to do word process. I have hear there are some version of Linux aims to run in low performance computer. Please, Please, Please don't treat your old computer as a piece of rubbish.
Performance or flexibility
I remember I have implemented a system that has very high flexibility. But The preformance of system is very very poor. Thus, the system has not any commerical value. I didn't care about that. This is because the system was to verify the thesis is right. However, in the business world, we need to find a balance point of these.
New Mind Set
I am thinking how to make my IT skill better. I focused too much to enhance my skills. IT is not just a technology and also a concept as well. As I remeber, at the first, Internet was only using in Universities. It has became for public when browser came. Internet is not using text anymore. This is a new concept.
Radom Email Marketing
I got around 100 junk email per day. I used Yahoo Mail Plus. They got a very good spam filter. Almost of spam are gone. Even one or two spam can escape from the filter, I may read those. But I never response them. I read the first sentence, then I know this is spam and delete it. I don't know why they are still sending out those email. This is only wasting their network resources. A person told me they are sending millions email per day. If there are 0.1% people response them, they will have a thousand customers. I still have some doubts about that.
