Dell Latitude 2100
Dell Latitude 2100 seems to be more like a low-cost business laptop than a netbook. Moreover, for linux option, that is a standard Ubuntu 8.1 rather than a Ubuntu Remix. It doesn't sounds very "Notebook". But it got notebook features. Light-weight! It is only 1.3kg. Moreover, the color options are available as well.
I am thinking that is a better option for myself than Dell-mini. Becuase it may has RAM up to 2GB and Harddisk to 250GB. Moreover,it got a touch screen option(But it costs AUD$101 more, I won't go for this). This sounds attractive!
A spyware "PC Security 2009"
Last night, my friend has opened an e-card in her email box. And then her computer restarted. After that, her anti-virus software(Avest) was keeping to popup some virus warning. Besides of Avest!, I found there is a software, "PC Security 2009" kept to popup as well. This software look and feel, icons look very very similar with Windows. But I found the software has not "About ..." Information. I did a google search, there is a spyware which is pretending itself as anti-virus. Please be careful!

Chrome OS is an UI of Cloud
I read some blog posts. The people are comparing Chrome OS to Windows. Windows has a strong competitor now. But I think Google uses "Chrome" as the name of their new OS. I think they are thinking in a different approach. Both "Chrome" OS and Browser are tools for them to integrated their Google Apps with your computer. So, their approach helps the computer users to get access to the Cloud. To summarize, I will say Chrome OS + netbook is the tool to access Google Apps and that is an extension of Google Apps or the user front of Google Apps.
